  1. Provide voluntary return and reintegration counseling to beneficiaries.
  2. Carry out registration of beneficiaries and services provided, including conseling sessions, travel arrangements and reintegration process.
  3. Process air/ground travel booking and ticketing and other tasks in AMADEUS, ATOMS, MiMOSA and other systems as needed.
  4. Assist beneficiaries in relevant administrative processes including obtaining necessary travel documents, exit visas, etc..
  5. Facilitate the provision of essential pre-departure services to beneficiaries, including accommodation, nutrition, healthcare, and other support as needed.
  6. Provide pre-departure assistance to beneficiaries at Prague airport.
  7. Assist to arrange IOM assistance in liason with  missions in transit and destination countries.
  8. Assist the Operations Associate and the Head of Office in coordination with relevant authorities, embassies and other stakeholders.
  9. Assist to identify possible limitations in project implementation and inform the project coordinator of all relevant activities.
  10. Collect, review and archive all necessary documentation for continuous project evaluation.
  11. Participate in preparation of monitoring reports as appropriate.
  12. Assist returnees with elaboration of reintegration plans and participate on coordination with receving IOM missions.
  13. Participate in monitoring and evaluation activities.
  14. Perform other duties as may be assigned. Education
