This call for applications is open for young women who have completed the OSCE Local Dialogue Academy or OSCE Girls’ Talks
The OSCE Mission in Kosovo, Public Participation Section/Democratization Department, is recruiting one intern who is looking to gain experience and to support the implementation of upcoming activities of the Public Participation Section.
The incumbents will undertake an internship from 03 November, 2025 – 03 March, 2026.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a commitment to fostering dialogue, leadership, and gender equality. By engaging in these initiatives, the Intern will not only contribute significantly to the Mission’s work but will also develop her own professional capacities, making this opportunity both a platform for empowerment and a catalyst for lasting community impact.
The intern will carry the following duties:
• Assist in the development of the MagDA – Magazine of Dialogue Academy
• Strengthen engagement of Girls’ Talks alumnae through online exchanges
• Assist with the Apprenticeship Programme for alumnae and young women
• Facilitate alumnae-led initiatives and support DANA engagement
• Perform other assignments as required.
• Draft and submit regular and final internship reports
• Draft and submit the final internship report to the Activity Manager
Necessary Qualifications:
• Applicants must be no older than 30 years on the application deadline date and have completed at least two years of full-time university education at an accredited institution or have obtained a first or postgraduate degree in a relevant field within the last two years.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage with diverse participants, and exceptional organizational abilities to coordinate logistics effectively and guide post-program initiatives.
• Former participant of the (former) OSCE Local Dialogue Academy for Young Women or Girls’ Talks;
• Excellent knowledge of English and Albanian or English and Serbian.
Remuneration and Benefits:
- In lieu of remuneration the OSCE Mission in Kosovo will contribute towards the cost of living of National Interns who are non-residents at the duty station (place of assignment), such compensation is equivalent to 10% of the applicable BLA rate.
- Social benefits will include participation in the Cigna health insurance scheme.
- The internship does not constitute a commitment to future employment with the OSCE.
