Assists program staff develop baseline and end line data for each project site in the Program Monitor and quality assurance spot checks on each project site Monitoring visits to program areas Initiation and implementation of a complaints handling mechanism Development of case studies to capture qualitative outputs of the project .Work with program staff to design and adopt reporting formats required by the NRC system (GORS). Carry out field monitoring visits to implementation locations Support implementation of learning events Support planning and implementation of MEL activities Support outcome monitoring activities Supervise data input into the GORS and processes for checking data quality with program staff Prepare periodic progress reports and other documents as required. Ensure monthly update of NRC Nigeria Dashboard and timely completion of task assigned by his/her line manager Investigate and facilitate introduction of new technology, methods and approaches in order to improve the quality of the activities.Generic professional competencies for this position:
