We do this by identifying practical actions to reduce food loss and waste, convening critical actors, and building capacity. Through Champions 12.3’sflagship initiatives “10x20x30” and “10x20kx30”, we work with major food companies and their supply chain partners to take a “target, measure, act” approach to reducing food loss and waste.
