Programme Development, Delivery & Performance
Build and manage an ambitious portfolio of TA aimed at closing the gaps and strengthening supply chain operations and procurement systems in priority countries.Complete gap assessments of the ecosystem of supply chain partners to identify capabilities that require building or strengthening in the ecosystem.Support due diligence and governance changes to new supply chain partners, working with our organisational development team to resource capacity strengthening plans.Support broader new entity selection and diligence, as needed. Support and develop procurement options that provide countries with a competitive range of options ultimately driving towards self-sufficiency. Work closely with the SRHR Choices team who oversee the partnerships with priority manufacturers to align key priorities, portfolio products and manufacturers. Support in the design and oversee partnerships with other manufacturers, distributors, procurement agencies (e.g., UNFPA-Supplies), and government bodies to ensure timely and cost-effective FP commodity procurement.Align with the SRHR Choices team on key priorities for strategic manufacturing partners and support those through the network of distributors and procurement bodies and ensure seamless and timely information sharing.Working closely with the Senior Manager, SRHR and with ecosystem partners, develop and maintain dashboards for routine daily commodity security monitoring, enabling real-time insights and corrective actions.Support in leading risk assessments related to procurement and supply chain operations, applying due diligence and developing mitigation strategies.Reporting & Data Management
Guide governments and partners to establish and manage systems for routine reporting on FP commodity security, including stock-out rates at service delivery point level. Strengthen collaboration with key partners and governments to improve transparency and data sharing for commodity security indicators.Sector Knowledge & Profile Building
Along with the Senior Manager, SRHR Supplies, ensure CIFF is represented in global forums on SRHR supply chain and procurement, advocating for best practices and innovation.Play a contributory role in building CIFF\u2019s reputation as a leader in operational supply chain improvement and FP commodity procurement partnerships.Stakeholder & Partner Management
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to support procurement, quantification, and reporting improvements.Apply rigorous partner evaluation and account management practices to ensure effective collaboration and impact.Membership and leadership of the team
Work within the SRHR team, advising and leading others where their role relates to supply chain management objectives.Be a role model to less experienced team members, demonstrating CIFF\u2019s leadership behaviours and providing mentorship to aid their growth.Adopt a coaching approach with colleagues which instills a culture of openness and trust, embraces diverse thinking, and encourages continuous improvement and learning.We operate a matrix structure so reporting lines can vary between specific aspects of the role.
