RESPONSALITES CLEES (non exhaustives)
1. Contribuer à l'élaboration de plans et de processus logistiques en veillant à respecter les politiques logistiques générales et les normes du PAM.
2. Soutenir les projets logistiques ou les activités opérationnelles quotidiennes en suivant les processus standard et en contribuant, directement ou indirectement, à la fourniture efficace de l'aide alimentaire aux populations vulnérables et contribuer, directement ou indirectement, à l'acheminement efficace de l'aide alimentaire aux bénéficiaires.
3. Recueillir et analyser des données par la recherche et le travail en réseau avec des collègues afin de recommander au superviseur des actions visant à améliorer les performances des opérations logistiques locales.
4. Effectuer des parties d'analyse financière et des examens budgétaires, en tirant des conclusions et en recommandant des actions au superviseur afin d'optimiser l'utilisation des fonds disponibles.
5. Guider le personnel d'appui, en agissant comme point de référence et en l'aidant à effectuer des analyses et à répondre à des questions.
6. Recueillir des données et contribuer à la préparation de rapports précis et opportuns, afin d'obtenir une vue d'ensemble des activités logistiques du PAM qui permette une prise de décision éclairée de l'ensemble du PAM sur les activités logistiques, ce qui permet de prendre des décisions éclairées et d'assurer la cohérence des informations présentées aux parties prenantes.
7. Soutenir le renforcement des capacités du personnel du PAM et de ses partenaires en vue d'une livraison efficace et efficiente de l'aide alimentaire aux bénéficiaires (par exemple, en contribuant au matériel de formation).
8. Identifier et établir des relations productives avec les collègues et le personnel de la logistique dans la zone d'affectation afin de soutenir une approche intégrée.

9. Suivre les pratiques de préparation à la logistique d'urgence pour s'assurer que le PAM est en mesure de rapidement et de déployer la nourriture et les ressources nécessaires dans les zones touchées dès le début de la crise.
10. Agir dans le cadre d'une capacité d'intervention d'urgence assignée, le cas échéant, pour répondre aux besoins d'assistance alimentaire d'urgence
QUALIFICATION ET EXPERIENCE REQUISES
Formation :
Diplôme d'Etude Superieure/Universitaire en économie, transports, chaîne d'approvisionnement, logistique, Ingénierie, gestion d'entreprise ou un domaine connexe.
Expérience requise
Avoir au moins 1 année experience à un poste de responsabilité pertinente dans les transports, chaîne d'approvisionnement, logistique, Ingénierie, gestion d'entreprise ou un domaine connexe
Langue
La maîtrise du Français parlé et ecrit (niveau C) et avoir un niveau intermédiaire (B) en Anglais parlé et ecrit.
