University degree in engineering, equivalent education or relevant professional experience. Expert level knowledge of technical documentation and ILS standards/specifications used within the BOXER programme (ASD S1000D, ASD S2000M, MIL-STD-1388). Extensive experience operating without supervision within an international environment. Experience in presenting persuasively and negotiating effectively to achieve desired outcomes. Experience in exercising executive and supervisory responsibilities. Experience in dealing with national representatives at senior levels equivalent or higher. Experience in managing and overseeing tasks for a team and measuring the output. Experience in developing resourceful and effective solutions to problems (incl. personnel), focusing on team performance goals and tracking metrics to measure performance improvements. Experience in managing time and working effectively under pressure while producing quality products under short-notice deadlines. Demonstrated ability and experience in creating and developing diverse, inclusive and high performing teams through the application of inclusive leadership principles and practice. Sound digital literacy with experience in using office automation systems and software applications, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Minimum five years’ experience in projects related to technical documentation and expert level knowledge of the GTK BOXER system. Experience in drafting logistic data requirements and defining logistic data deliverables, consistent with applicable support concepts, to be integrated in SOWs for the BOXER ISS phase. Experience in SOW development, contractual follow-up and the delivery of logistic data and related products and services in the different stages of the system lifecycle. Knowledge of both the IETP-X and QuILS software. Knowledge of Extensible Markup Language (XML) and associated standards, editors, and database applications. NATO's official languages are English and French. The work of this post requires fluency in English, while working knowledge of French is desirable. WHAT DO WE OFFER?
