University degree, preferably in logistics or engineering, or relevant professional experience. Experience in logistics support management and life cycle management of complex defense systems in a sizeable organization. Ability to facilitate/present persuasively and negotiate effectively to achieve desired outcomes. Ability to manage time and work effectively under pressure while producing quality products under short notice deadlines. Sound digital literacy with experience in using office automation systems and software applications, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).   Specific Qualifications Good knowledge of, and minimum three years’ practice in application of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) concepts and procedures, including Support Chain Management (SCM), for large distributed systems. Good knowledge of US Foreign Military Sales (FMS) processes. Development of transportation plans required for secure shipment of cryptographic items when required. Ability to analyze large amounts of data and to apply statistical methods and models in order to evaluate logistics scenarios. Knowledge of the Agency's enterprise software (SAP).  Ability to read and assess technical documentation. Willingness to travel frequently and to perform duties at site.   LANGUAGE QUALIFICATIONS NATO's two official languages are English and French. The work of this post is mainly conducted in English, therefore fluency in that language is essential and working knowledge of French is desirable   WHAT DO WE OFFER? Interviews are expected to be held approximately six weeks after the application closing date. The Talent Acquisition and Development Office shall let you know in due course the outcome of the screening process.
