General Qualifications
Complete secondary school or equivalent relevant professional experience. Experience in logistics processes and techniques normally acquired as a Junior Technician after five to seven years in the Agency or in a similar organisation. Experience in contract administration. Demonstrated ability to analyse data and produce comprehensive reports. Ability and willingness to work in a multi-national and multi-functional organisation. Sound digital literacy with experience in using office automation systems and software applications, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Specific Qualifications
Extensive maritime operational logistics experience in supporting ships' requirements in port. Experience in contract management, husbandry requirements, provisions, fuel requirements, ashore support and/or miscellaneous requirements. Experience with invoicing software. Knowledge of NATO maritime logistics processes and the general requirements of a warship in a foreign port. In-depth knowledge of and experience with SAP. Experience in evaluating technical proposals for maritime requirements. LANGUAGE QUALIFICATIONS
NATO's two official languages are English and French. The work of this post is mainly conducted in English, therefore fluency in that language is essential and working knowledge of French is desirable. WHAT DO WE OFFER?

Basic monthly salary: EUR, 5 921,61 tax free.
