You have:
A Master’s degree in climate change, environmental science, natural resource management, geography, disaster risk including learning in knowledge sharing, knowledge translation and/or international development. Proficiency in French and English (reading, writing and speaking). A minimum of three (3) years of combined experience in knowledge translation, knowledge sharing and conducting research with a focus on the implementation of research-into-use strategies. An in-depth understanding of knowledge sharing and knowledge translation approaches and methodologies. An enhanced knowledge of climate change, adaptation and resilience, and a heightened awareness of landscapes across climate science, humanitarian action, and climate policy including key actors and the contribution of research to policy and practice. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to discern trends and identify and analyze program issues related to knowledge sharing.

Preparing summaries of program performance, drawing on monitoring and evaluation data, turning it into annual review documents and strategies towards research use and uptake. Implementing communications guidance, supporting the projects teams and grantees. Conveying projects achievements, demonstrating why they matter and identifying the benefits for local communities and contributions to thinking, practice and action. Collaborating with stakeholders in the planning and designing social media and events. Reviewing and analyzing CLARE monitoring and evaluation data to ensure quality assurance. Joining an organization that values and models diversity, inclusion, and equity.
