Context Bajo la supervisión general de la Jefe de Programas y del Coordinador del Proyecto, la Asistente de Proyecto para los asuntos indígenas apoyará las actividades del proyecto. En particular, él / ella será responsable de:
1. Colaborar en los diálogos comunitarios, asistencia y orientación de solicitantes de residencia, asilo, refugiados y migrantes de la población indígena del flujo venezolano, brindando orientación sobre la situación en el país, remitiéndolos a los órganos responsables cuando sea necesario;
2. Brindar asistencia y apoyo a la coordinación del trabajo con el Gobierno, socios de la sociedad civil, sector privado, entidades e instituciones académicas para facilitar el desarrollo, monitoreo de implementación y evaluación de programas/proyectos asignados, etc. para la población indígena del flujo venezolano;
3. Proporcionar apoyo para preparar material para cursos en línea y presenciales, reuniones, talleres, seminarios y conferencias con gobiernos locales y socios, sector privado y actividades comunitarias con migrantes indígenas sobre los derechos humanos de los pueblos indígenas y soluciones culturalmente sensibles y duraderas para esta población;
4. Realizar visitas locales y viajes a servicio según la demanda relacionada a los indígenas refugiados y migrantes, para la implementación / coordinación del proyecto, las actividades con las contrapartes, la resolución de problemas y la adaptación de las acciones a los diferentes contextos locales según sea necesario;
5. Apoyar el desarrollo y difusión de materiales informativos para indígenas refugiados y migrantes, incluyendo apoyo con traducción y revisión de materiales en español y Warao;
6. Realizar otras tareas relacionadas con el trabajo, según sea necesario.
Educación
- certificado de graduación de escuela secundaria
- Título universitario, en nivel de licenciatura, en Relaciones Internacionales, Ciencias Políticas, Administración o un campo relacionado de una institución académica acreditada. Las universidades acreditadas son aquellas que figuran en el UNESCO World Higher Education Database. Experiencia
1. Mínimo dos años de experiencia laboral relevante;
2. Experiencia con el gobierno, la sociedad civil, la ONU o actores del sector privado;
3. La experiencia en migración y refugio ya sea en el sector público o privado, las organizaciones internacionales o la sociedad civil es una ventaja;
4. Experiencia en manejar las herramientas del MS Office.
Idiomas- Requerido: portugués (conocimientos prácticos); español (fluido).
