ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Within delegated authority, the IT Digital Solutions Assistant will be responsible for the following duties:
Support implementing digital initiatives for beneficiaries at the Field Office level.
Provide regular updates on SCOPE TEC activities and support services.
Deliver training to cooperating partners (CPs) as directed by the Country Office (CO) or Field Office (FO).
Administer, manage, maintain, and ensure accountability for SCOPE registration and distribution equipment.
Manage beneficiary data effectively and securely.
Manage and print beneficiary cards.
Accurately record, manage, and escalate issues related to SCOPE/CODA in GSMT.
Support CODA TEC activities at the Field Office level.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on SCOPE/CODA activities.
Administer, manage, maintain, and ensure accountability for CODA assets.
Provide backup and support to IT associates as needed.
Manage and maintain the network infrastructure.
Provide regular reports on infrastructure and TEC support services.
Log all service requests and incidents in GSMT related to infrastructure and TEC support services.
Resolve or escalate all requests and incidents related to infrastructure and TEC support services.
Manage TEC assets and ensure accurate entry into the corporate system.
Suggest improvements to methods and processes to support the continuous improvement of IT-related services.
Support the development of standard materials, such as training documentation and SOPs, whenever required.
Allocate tasks to colleagues, ensuring they meet agreed standards and deadlines for effective service delivery.
Perform any additional duties as required.
