General Qualifications
University degree, preferably in Computer Sciences or equivalent relevant professional experience. Minimum five years in as project team leader in the Data Migration area in SAP projects, with at least three of them on SAP S/4HANA. Minimum 10 years’ of experience in leading project teams Ability to communicate in clear, concise written and verbal form effectively in both technical and non technical areas with technicians and non-technical managers, especially under stress and tension. Ability to manage time and work effectively under pressure while producing quality products under short notice deadlines. Ability to manage a project team composed by internal and external resources Specific Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of SAP, functional modules, system architecture, reporting platform and development environment. Extensive experience in SAP functional analysis, Solution Manager (Data Migration activities). Experience in SAP Activate methodology, standards and techniques, systems design, development, implementation and integration, selection and acquisition of systems and services, and management of projects. Experience in using MS Project. LANGUAGE QUALIFICATIONS
NATO's two official languages are English and French. The work of this post is mainly conducted in English, therefore fluency in that language is essential and working knowledge of French is desirable WHAT DO WE OFFER?
