The Knowledge Hubs, consisting of 30 organisations in 18 countries, work together to improve access to and dissemination of knowledge on organic agriculture and agroecology. The implementing partners prepare technical and methodological knowledge, support and train multipliers, co-develop the KCOA digital knowledge platform and work on advocacy activities.
As part of your internship, you will have the following tasks, among others:
Assist in project management, including internal organisation and cooperation with partner NGOs• Support the organisation, scheduling, and documentation of (online) meetings Assist in preparing meeting content, including materials and agenda Take an active role in shaping and driving the agenda, ensuring key topics are prioritised and aligned with project objectives Support in the conceptual, editorial and graphic design and quality assurance of internal and external communication materials and project reports (e.g. newsletters, progress reports, presentations, factsheets, success stories, publications, photo database, websites) Collaboration in the preparation of webinars and workshops, logistical and content-related co-organisation of eventsGIZ is a signatory of the Diversity Charter.
