Job Overview:
The Intensive Case Management (ICM) Caseworker provides strengths-based, client-centered case management to vulnerable refugee and immigrant populations, including survivors of domestic and gender-based violence, older adults, individuals with health or mental health conditions, single-headed households, LGBTQ clients, and other high-need groups. The ICM Caseworker addresses barriers to safety and wellness through comprehensive service planning, extended orientation, advocacy, and resource navigation. This position collaborates with clients, colleagues, and community providers to ensure client needs are met and long-term self-sufficiency is supported.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field strongly preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.Work Experience:
At least 2 years of case management experience in a social services environment.Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:
Strong organizational and time-management skills; detail-oriented. Ability to problem-solve, prioritize tasks, and work independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Excellent communication skills; public speaking/presentation experience preferred. Ability and willingness to drive a 15-passenger van.Language Skills:
Proficiency in English required; bilingual ability in Spanish, Dari, Swahili, Kinyarwanda, Arabic, French, or other refugee/immigrant languages preferred.Certificates or Licenses:
Valid driver’s license, active insurance, and reliable transportation. Must possess or be eligible for a fingerprint clearance card per Arizona state law.Working Environment***:***
A combination of standard office environment, remote work, and ‘field’ time within the service delivery area to perform the above outlined responsibilities. May require occasional weekend and/or evening work. Must be able to lift 35 to 50 pounds (furniture, household supplies, and food boxes).Compensation: (Pay Range: $21.12 - $22.59**)** Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget.
