About this position

We are looking for a self-motivated, curious, customer oriented and team player ServiceNow Solutions Consultant. As a Solution Consultant, you will mainly work with the Bank’s internal clients to understand their needs and design solutions based on the ServiceNow platform, and work with the Development Teams to build those solutions.

You will work in the IT Operations Division part of the ITE department. This team is responsible for designing and managing the operation of the information technology infrastructure, platforms & solutions that support the business of the Bank.

What you’ll do:

  • Work in coordination with other business experts, business analysts, project managers, technical and non-technical teams, and partners in solution design, blueprinting and delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Develop and/or validate technical design for ServiceNow Solutions; build and test prototypes and proof of concepts; provide advice and guide vendors on the construction of solutions based on the IDB standards and based practices; monitor the proper functioning of the solutions and suggest continues improvements on the solutions and the platform.
  • Coordinate a team in charge of the day-to-day activities for ServiceNow support.
  • Formulate roadmaps based on the ServiceNow suite of products and services.
  • Define strategies to implement, integrate and embed ServiceNow-based solutions in our existing technology infrastructure considering security and state of the art technologies, combining DevOps and Agile methodologies.
  • Define and drive strategies to foster process optimization through automation and other innovations.
  • Coordinate and implement Capital projects following the PMO methodology.
  • Supervise the demand, requests and incident management processes based on ITIL.
  • Support business on the definition of technical specifications and selection of vendors for the creation of new solutions.
  • Work closely with the ServiceNow customer manager and technical team to leverage current contract services and platform matters.

    What you'll need

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent advanced degree) in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or other fields relevant to the role's responsibilities.
    • Experience: At least 5 years of progressive experience in the capacity of platform administration, software development or information technology implementations.
    • Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English, spoken and written, is required. Additional knowledge of French and Portuguese is preferable.

    • Experience using ITSM, SPM and familiarity with ServiceNow upgrades.

    • Know how to work with onsite and offshore teams.

      Requirements:

      Type of contract and duration:

    • Type of contract: International Consultant Full-Time.
    • Length of contract: 12 months. Contract may be extended up to 36 months based on business requirements and consultant's performance.
    • Work Location: On site.
