Position: HR Coordinator (Capacity Building and Staff Development)
Reports to: HR Manager
Supervision of: Nil
Duty station: Yangon
Travel: 50% (countywide)
Grade: 7 in NRC’s Salary Scale (13th months’ salary, NRC MM Health Insurance Package, 20 days annual leave etc.) with accompanying terms and conditions. NRC offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.

Implement NRC’s HR systems and procedures at countrywide level Ensure adherence to NRC HR policies, handbooks, guidelines and donor requirements Prepare and submit reports and analysis on HR Support line managers in procedures and require support team trainings Ensure adherence to NRC policies and the national labor law in all processes and procedures Coordinate staff introductions, trainings, exit and etc. Promote an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills and service for the benefit of the organization as a whole. Assist/monitor the implementation of a performance management process and provide continuous support the teams in field offices regarding capacity building options.Generic professional competencies:
Experience from working as a HR Coordinator in a humanitarian/recovery context Training facilitation experience Previous experience from working in complex and volatile contexts Documented results related to the position’s responsibilities Knowledge about own leadership skills/profile Fluency in English, both written and verbalContext/ Specific skills, knowledge and experience:
