• A Client Services Department that incorporates an end-to-end staffing model and supports the implementation of HR plans and processes. Under a federal model of delivery, the Bank and the IFC are each be supported by a Client Services Department for their respective organizations.

• An Employment Policy, Compensation, and Systems Department that provides an integrated approach to managing employment policy and staff rules, driving compensation and benefit programs, and supporting service solutions, systems, and analytics.

• A Talent Management and Development Department that brings together the entire talent management life-cycle to maximize and leverage innovative solutions and strategies for increasing the WBG’s organizational and individual performance and capabilities.

• A Talent Acquisition and Global Mobility Department that recruits and deploys the best talent from around the world and provides end-to-end relocation support for staff and families taking on international assignments.

The Talent Acquisitions and Global Mobility department is seeking an Analyst to support the Global Mobility program.

Duties and Accountabilities:

• Proactively gather, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data and information and prepare relevant reports, dashboards, and presentations to generate insights that strengthen GM's support for WBG's business objectives, contributing to change management and knowledge management efforts.

• Collaborate with other Support functions (Analytics, Budget, DEI) and HR areas to incorporate multiple data streams to effectively analyze and communicate results and recommendations.

• Develop and enhance HR analytics tools and resources, including satisfaction surveys, to support the efficient and effective GM services and delivery model evolution. This includes instructional guides, process maps, data visualizations and knowledge products.

• Perform sentiment analysis on qualitative data, such as client and staff feedback, to gauge overall satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

• Proactively monitor internal and external Global Mobility trends and identify gaps and improvement possibilities for the delivery model and related programs, processes and metrics in alignment with WBG’s people strategy.

• Foster a data-driven culture within the team by implementing effective data quality controls to ensure accuracy, integrity, consistency, and data models and analytical frameworks to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of global mobility delivery model. Develop and deliver training sessions and knowledge-sharing materials to build capacity within the team.

• Ability to understand the Global Mobility program end-to-end including Policy, process, and system configuration/design, contribute to streamlining and automation of the program through digital transformation projects by supporting process & system changes.

• Skill to interpret the Global Mobility program’s process steps, milestones, and interphase with the WBG HR technical ecosystem including the upstream input and downstream impact, in order to support the Global Mobility and ITS team’s partnership from Business Requirement Document adoption through all phases of technical transformation process.

• Support the revamp and modernization of the delivery of services provided to assignees and their families, helping to map current offerings, identify pain points, and propose enhancements that improve clients experience, service consistency, and operational efficiency.

• Design, implement, and analyze surveys, scorecards, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor service delivery and drive continuous improvement.

• Liaise with vendors as required.

• Leverage Python/R for data analysis, automation, and development of analytical models to enhance efficiency and support decision-making. (Preferred)

• Promote and utilize project management tools such as MS Project to plan, track, and manage tasks and timelines, while fostering a team culture that embraces these tools for collaboration, transparency, and efficient delivery.

• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Selection Criteria

• Master's degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Operations Research or a related field and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a global company or organization or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

• Proven experience in HR analytics, including demonstrated ability to conduct research and analysis, data mining, and report generation.

• Good narrative grasp of ‘the story behind the numbers’, and ability to articulate issues and recommend solutions to aid management in decision-making.

• Strong knowledge of HR information systems, Global Mobility Technology tools, and processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Proficiency with SQL for data analysis and report creation/development, as well as Python/R for data analysis.

• Strong oral and written communications and presentation skills in English, ability to translate complex data for a variety of audiences, and experience preparing client-ready materials.

• Strong quality control and client-service orientation and attention to detail.

• Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting work priorities and demands and tight deadlines.

• Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to articulate issues and recommend solutions.

• High level of integrity, tact and discretion when managing sensitive and confidential information.
