PROPÓSITO
En el marco del proyecto Compartiendo la Mesa, se están generando las condiciones necesarias para fortalecer las intervenciones gubernamentales y mejorar la cadena de transformación y logística de la agricultura familiar. Esto incluye el análisis de los requisitos de inocuidad, la asistencia técnica y la gestión de aportes de capital para optimizar toda la cadena de suministro, desde la producción hasta la comercialización. La estrategia se centra en articular estos esfuerzos con el mercado de compras públicas bajo la Ley N° 31071, en las regiones de Ayacucho, Cusco y Piura.
Para lograrlo, es clave una gestión eficiente de la implementación de los centros de acopio en estas regiones, asegurando su conexión con mercados públicos y privados y el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad e inocuidad. Esto implica la adopción de protocolos para el lavado, desinfección, clasificación y transporte de productos, en cumplimiento con la normativa sanitaria vigente. Asimismo, se prioriza el acompañamiento y la capacitación continua de los productores en buenas prácticas agrícolas, manejo postcosecha y trazabilidad, garantizando así alimentos seguros y de alta calidad para los mercados locales.
En este contexto, se ha identificado la necesidad de incorporar la figura del gestor del centro de acopio, cuya función principal es asegurar la correcta implementación de los procesos que garantizan la calidad e inocuidad de los productos. Esto incluye la elaboración de expedientes técnicos; supervisión de los procedimientos de lavado y desinfección; control de calidad en el almacenamiento y distribución; capacitación a los agricultores proveedores en normativas sanitarias y comerciales; gestión administrativa, financiera y comercial del centro de acopio.
Esta iniciativa busca fortalecer la capacidad de los agricultores familiares para acceder de manera sostenible a los mercados competitivos, principalmente el público, promoviendo una mayor eficiencia y competitividad en el sector.
FINALIDAD DEL PUESTO
Bajo la supervisión del jefe de la Suboficina, el/la gestor/a es responsable de contribuir a garantizar el correcto funcionamiento del centro de acopio, asegurando que los productos de la agricultura familiar cumplan con los criterios de calidad, cantidad e inocuidad, para su comercialización en mercados competitivos locales, en especial aquellos vinculados a programas de alimentación escolar y compras públicas.
