Within the Directorate Central Route Charges Office and Finance, the Financial Information Systems Unit is looking for a passionate and innovative Functional Business Analyst with a robust technical foundation. This role is pivotal in crafting tailored solutions that address our distinct business challenges. In this role, you will:
Collect, analyse and document new business and end-user requirements within relevant business domains, contribute to the assessment of business cases, and create and maintain functional specifications. Collaborate closely with the development team, validate the software post-development, and ensure it meets the required standards. Develop comprehensive documentation provide training to end-users, and support user acceptance testing. Participate actively in end-user support processes, and contribute to incident and problem analysis and resolution.
