As part of the Country Office Finance team, the Finance Technical Officer (FTO) supports the Finance Coordinator in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations across payroll and accounting functions. This includes statutory reporting, reconciliations, and audit support, combining technical payroll expertise with financial accounting responsibilities to enhance efficiency and compliance within NRC’s finance operations.
Lead payroll operations for national staff, contingent workers, and expatriates, ensuring compliance with Palestinian and Israeli labor laws. Verify that vouchers and the supporting documents comply with NRC’s procedures
Prepare and submit monthly Form 102, semiannual Form 126, and annual Form 856 to Israeli authorities.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or any related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in similar finance position in a humanitarian context.
Experience with Agresso/Unit4 or similar financial systems.
Experience working in complex and volatile contexts.
