Under the direct supervision of the National Project Officer in Rzeszow, Poland and technical supervision of the LMSI Programme Coordinator, the successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for mplementation of LMI activities in Podkarpacie voivodeship.

EXPERIENCE:
Experience in liaising with governmental authorities, national/international institutions, United Nations agencies and non-governmental organizations.Strong experience in project management and in working with migrants, refugees, internally displaced persons, other vulnerable groups as well as local communities.Strong expertise in social-economic integration of migrants and labour mobility.Prior work experience with international humanitarian organizations, non-government or government institutions/organization in a multi-cultural setting.Experience in preparing reports from analysis and from project implementation.The previous research experience will be an asset.SKILLS:
In depth knowledge of the broad range of migration and social-economic integration related subject areas dealt with by the Organization; and,Excellent analytical and writing skills.Very good project management skills.Capacity to develop and supervise quality control/assurance mechanisms in LMI activities.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, personal commitment, efficiency and flexibility.Good level of computer literacy.Ability to work under difficult conditions including working under time-pressure.Strong work ethics and commitment to humanitarian principles.
