3. The Opportunity
Ashoka in Europe is looking for a Communications and Marketing intern to support the daily communications activities taking place at a European level, including delivery of campaigns around reports and events.
The candidate will join an international team of dedicated and enthusiastic professionals, with flexible working hours and autonomy to lead on projects that she/he is interested in.
The ideal candidate:
Currently enrolled in a program at an accredited university or still able to sign an agreement between Ashoka, the student (or alumni), and the University A native English speaker and writer Loves digital communication and has some experience working with it (social media, streaming platforms etc) Experience using digital tools like Hootsuite, Canva, Google Analytics, WordPressA great communicator, with design or writing skills, or both! Able to multi-task and innovate efficiently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
The Communications & Marketing intern will work on:
The candidate will be working closely with the European Communications leads, supporting their work in coordinating content and creating communication outreach, with special focus on the international reports, online courses and events, taking place throughout the year. The intern will be expected to help in:
Designing and executing social media campaigns Producing newsletters and mailing campaignsDeveloping regular marketing reports Working collaboratively with other communication managers at Ashoka, media partners, designers, and video editors. Support in other communications-related tasks that may arise during the preparation of the Summit.
