The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is seeking a highly qualified, resilient and dynamic Education Programme Development Manager who will be responsible for design, development, and implementation of the Education programme. The NRC's Education Programme in Venezuela aims to empower Children, Adolescents, and their families affected by violence and displacement to achieve self-reliance through access, well-being, and educational retention, supported by the promotion of rights and community participation amidst the crisis. What you will bring
• Professional experience in education programming
• Experience working with populations with different types of vulnerability, victims of conflict, violence, among others,
• Experience in budget management.
• Experience with technical report writing.

Venezuela's protracted economic, social, and political crisis has led to millions of people fleeing the country, many others being internally displaced: at least 7.6 million people are in need humanitarian assistance or protection. NRC is present in Venezuela since 2005 and works along the following Core Competencies (CC): Information, Counselling and Legal Assistance (ICLA), Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Education, Livelihoods and Food Security (LFS) and Protection from Violence (PfV) in Zulia, Tachira, Apure and Bolivar states.
