The International Water Management Institute (IWMI), a CGIAR Research Center is seeking a pleasant and courteous driver to join its office in Islamabad, Pakistan.
The Driver will be responsible for providing transportation services for IWMI staff, distinguished visitors, and other guests to assigned locations, as well as supporting general office tasks as needed.

Excellent driving skills with a variety of vehicles, including motorbikes, passenger cars, and SUVs, and a good understanding of modern vehicle technology such as satellite navigation, CVT, ABS/BA/EBD, and auto-lock wheel hubs. Computer skills that include proficiency in MS Office package. Good understanding of spoken English and average reading ability; fluency in Urdu. Basic mechanical/handyman skills, e.g., using an electric drill, electric saws, etc. Strong ability to maintain records in an accurate and timely manner. Strong service approach with an emphasis on the safety of the public and passengers, as well as the safety of assets. Ability to demonstrate a presentable, courteous, and professional demeanor. Personal attributes such as high standards of conduct, respect, flexibility, and sound work ethics. Thorough knowledge of the Pakistan Highway Code.Benefits
This is a nationally recruited position and only Pakistani nationals will be considered. IWMI offers a competitive salary and benefits package, inclusive of health insurance, life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, and long-term disability coverage. The duration of the contract will initially be for a period of three years with the possibility of extension.
