    Terms of Reference:

    FHI 360 is implementing the ACEA (Collaborative Action for Handicraft Exports) project of the Department of State in Tunisia. In partnership with the National Office of Handicrafts (ONAT), the objective of this project is to foster more competitive artisanal value chains in Tunisia, leading to sustainable long-term economic growth, increased exports, and increased employment.

    This objective will be achieved through technical support to three artisanal value chains, including initiatives of three clusters:

    • Wikipam, Aromatic and Medicinal Plants - Northwest Tunisia.
    • Oleart, Olive Wood Accessories and Art - Sfax and Sidibouzid.
    • Ragma, Amazigh Weaving - Toujane, Gabès.
    • Barrama, Traditional Pottery.

      The ACEA project offers an opportunity to master's students and freelancers seeking to conduct their professional end-of-study project in the field of sustainable Digital Marketing and Communication during a four-month internship.

      The ACEA project is looking for a graduate profile in Digital Marketing and Communication to develop the social networks of the 4 clusters, promote their products and brand images by creating specific content for them, and establish communication supports for their events.

      The 4 clusters are:

      Olive wood products - Oleart brand.

      Handmade Amazigh rugs and carpets - Ragma brand.

      Aromatic and medicinal plants - Wikipam brand.

      Traditional pottery - Barrama brand.

      As a versatile intermediary, the intern will have to develop functional and attractive solutions that correspond to the brands' identity in terms of Digital communication; he plays a multidimensional role. He is responsible for monitoring the development of different social networks, having creative ideas for promoting fairs and exhibitions. His role also includes analyzing statistical data, an essential task for evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, anticipating market trends, and better understanding consumer behaviors.

      The student must have a good sense of unique style and knowledge of digital marketing needs. He must be able to analyze market trends and create rich and innovative content that is both attractive and functional.

      Responsibilities:

      • Evaluate market trends and analyze brand identities.
      • Reflect on effective promotional communication ideas.
      • Ensure that communication materials accurately represent the brands and adhere to their graphic charters.
      • Contribute to the organization and facilitation of digital communication and international trend workshops.
      • Select functional and creative long-term ideas in a short time frame.
      • Support the team as needed as a graphic designer and writer to finalize text and graphics for publications.
      • Create videos and edits using Animation software.
      • Present designs and proposals to stakeholders.
      • Contribute to providing technical assistance, if necessary.
      • Understand, support, and respect the organization's internal policies.

        Eligibility Criteria:

        • Ongoing Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Digital Communication, UX, UI, or a similar field.
        • Experience in digital marketing.
        • Excellent mastery of graphic design standards and some graphic creation software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
        • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French or English. Both languages are strongly desired.
        • Excellent mastery of Microsoft tools.
        • Excellent interpersonal skills.
        • Demonstrated sensitivity and understanding in an intercultural environment.
