This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and secure operation of all digital systems, networks, and devices, supporting Learning within the health sector from implementation experience, research, routine Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and capacity building. The specialist will work closely with the internal team and external partners to provide technical support and help the Learning Centre to ensure the appropriate capacity, systems and governance required to maintain and manage robust digital platforms and services that enhance the institution's mission. The individual will provide advisory support in operationalizing digital health strategies, policy advise, support training sessions related to the management, maintenance and governance of technology solutions and support the documentation and management of digital infrastructure.
