Complete secondary school or equivalent education. At least twenty years’ experience in technical positions related to ammunition life cycle and/or explosives safety and security for service and/or ammunition related training. At least five years of proven experience in industrial demilitarisation. Not less than five years of experience in project management, preferably in a PRINCE2 or Project Management Institute (PMI) environment, as well as in administration of contracts, Risk Management and Quality Assurance (QA) standards and policies A practical background in activities related to the project management of defense or humanitarian related high value international projects of a typical duration of two to three years. Direct experience of managing international projects in a security sector related environment would be an asset Proficiency in writing reports, technical documents and correspondence in English (Advanced Level) and/or French language (Intermediate Level). IMPORTANT NOTES
In accordance with the NATO employment regulations, the contract will be established for
a 12-month period. The working language will mainly be English.
The duty stations will be Luxembourg or any other area as required.
