About Us

EBRD's Independent Project Accountability Mechanism (IPAM) plays a crucial role in ensuring the social and environmental accountability of our projects. We are committed to promoting transparency, fairness, and accessibility in every aspect of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Chief Accountability Officer (CAO) to design and execute the annual outreach program.
• Organize both virtual and in-person outreach events to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Develop compelling content for IPAM's website, intranet, and social media platforms.
• Identify and cultivate partnerships with civil society organizations to enhance community outreach efforts.
• Monitor social media trends and report insights to the CAO.
• Contribute to the production of annual reports and outreach materials.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
  • Experience in event management and digital communications.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to tailor content for different platforms.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages such as Russian or Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud).
  • Understanding of civil society organizations and international financial institutions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for independent accountability and social justice.
