PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Communication and Knowledge Management Specialist will support two U.S. Government–funded projects managed by FHI 360.
EpiC Thailand strengthens the national HIV/AIDS response by supporting efforts to reach, test, treat, and retain individuals particularly populations at risk in HIV prevention, care, and treatment services.
Global Health Security (GHS) Thailand & Regional enhances Thailand’s role as a frontline public health hub. The project supports stronger border health systems, rapid response capacities, emergency operations, and risk communication to help detect and contain outbreaks quickly. Regionally, it contributes to Thailand’s leadership in ASEAN health security coordination.
JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for implementing a broad range of communications and knowledge management activities to support the development and dissemination of high-quality organizational content across multiple platforms, including reports, newsletters, policy briefs, emails, websites, social media, and internal channels. The role involves researching, drafting, editing, and coordinating diverse communication products that highlight organizational initiatives, events, and achievements. The Specialist also strengthens internal communications by ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with organizational objectives.
The position serves as a project manager for assigned communications and knowledge management initiatives, overseeing smooth execution from planning through delivery and supporting associated planning, budgeting, and event coordination needs. The Specialist collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to stay informed about program updates, organizational developments, and emerging priorities, and provides consultative support to ensure the accuracy, clarity, and relevance of all communications and knowledge management outputs.
