Completed education with certification, award or diploma in subjects related to food safety, food hygiene, hospitality or operational food services management. At least 5 years’ (or recent 2 years) experience in the supervision and management of staff within a catering services operations environment. Experience in the field of food safety and food defence related to large dining facilities operations. Experience in the administration of contracts and in project management including Mobilization and Demobilization activities usually associated with the provision of food and camp soft services. Knowledge of quality assurance (QA) and risk management (RM) standards and policies. Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and to organize work under stress and tight deadlines. Developed sense of human relations and ability to deal with personnel with tact and understanding. Good knowledge of information systems at end-user level with experience in using personal computers and software packages. The consultant must hold, or be able to obtain, a valid “NATO SECRET” security clearance. POST DETAILS Contract duration: 12 months (on-call) Level: III Daily Fee: 339€

IMPORTANT NOTES

In accordance with the NATO employment regulations, the contract will be established for
a 6-month period. The working language will mainly be English.
The duty stations will be Afghanistan, Luxembourg or any other area as required.
