Graduate degree in law such as LL.M., Master’s degree, PhD, or LL.D. At least 10 years of experience public law, procurement, dispute settlement, arbitration or debarment. Demonstrated ability to apply legal principles, concepts and policy to a range of issues, in particular in the public/private procurement and contracting areas, debarment proceedings, and dispute settlement. Analytical skills and ability to conduct research and to process large amounts of information within a short period. Working knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Word and Power Point. IMPORTANT NOTES
In accordance with the NATO employment regulations, the contract will be established for
a 12-month period (on-call). The working language will mainly be English.
The duty stations will be Home or any other area as required.
