The CPS program in the Palestinian Territories supports civil society organizations that create safe spaces for young Palestinians, where they can experience appreciation, positive group interactions, and self-determination. Psychosocial support is to be integrated as an effective approach to conflict transformation in Palestine. CPS advises various institutions on how to provide qualified psychosocial support to young people, aiming to holistically support their psychosocial development.

The security situation is very tense. Tailored Security risk mitigation measures are in place for GIZ staff in country. GIZ staff must adhere to security measures at all times. Freedom of movement is strongly restricted. It is not possible for life partners and family members to move with you to the country of deployment.
