Under the direct supervision of the Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Associate and in close coordination with the Coordinator of the Programme Support Unit (PSU) and the National Project Officer (Social Cohesion, Resilience and Empowerment), the incumbent will support monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities for ongoing projects implemented within the IOM BiH Social Cohesion and Resilience Pillar. The consultant will support the Programme Support Unit (PSU) in results-based management (RBM) and assist with monitoring, evaluation, and project reporting. Tasks to be performed under this contract
Experience in assisting with data management, including analyzing data to generate information products is required. A strong understanding of the local socio-political context of BiH and issues related to social cohesion, reconciliation, gender and human security issues is an advantage. Experience working with international organizations, non-governmental or governmental organizations, and knowledge of UN and bilateral donor programming is an advantage. Skills
Proficiency in the use of office software packages (e.g., MS Word, Excel) and tools for data collection and analysis is required. Languages
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and in one of the three official languages spoken in BiH to effectively present findings and recommendations are required.
