Organizational Setting and Reporting Relationship
The position of Associate Strategy and Policy Analyst is assigned to the Strategy, Policy and Business Process Division (SPBP) within the Strategy, Policy, and Partnerships Department (SPD). You will be based at our Headquarters in Manila, Philippines.
You will report to designated International Staff and senior National Staff.
Your Role
As an Associate Strategy and Policy Analyst you will (i) undertake research and analysis to support ADB's corporate policy and strategy development, (ii) review operational policies and procedures, (iii) contribute to the development of policy and strategy papers, Operational Manuals, Staff Instructions and guidelines or other reports produced by the division, (iv) assist operation staff in the administration and implementation of business process for sovereign operations.

Bachelor's degree At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in undertaking research, data collection and analysis on well-defined tasks. Basic knowledge and understanding of strategic planning and operational analysis. Experience using Office 365 applications and document tracking systems Familiarity in videoconferencing tools Experience working with individuals from different cultural/national backgrounds Experience working collaboratively with teams as a constructive team member Good coordination and team player Report-writing skills in English Please refer to the link for ADB Competency Framework for Administrative Staff level 6.Benefits
