Purpose of Job
The Associate Director, Programme Manager, Finance Transformation manages a varied portfolio of technical and non-technical business change projects as well as being accountable for the implementation of the Finance Target Operating Model and supporting systems, impacting staff across the Bank.
This role will be highly visible and influential, it will interact with senior managers including VP CFO, VP CTO, MDs within Finance and DF and the Finance Management Team and be required to take into consideration business requirements from senior stakeholders across the Bank in conjunction with the Director, HR Operations, Data & Analytics & OD.
The incumbent will manage a mixed team of business change specialists, Business Analysts and dedicated Subject Matter Experts leading the development of technical project documentation and overseeing the day-to-day management of a portfolio of projects.
