Estación de Trabajo: Oficinas de OCP/SERNA en Tegucigalpa, Honduras, con posibilidad de misiones de campo en el área de influencia de la Cuenca del Río Goascorán.
Duración del Contrato: 1 año (renovable)
Antecedentes y contexto del Proyecto: La Cuenca del Río Goascorán enfrenta altos niveles de inseguridad alimentaria, agravados por acceso inequitativo a la tierra, degradación ambiental, medios de vida frágiles, sequías extremas, producción insuficiente de alimentos y alto desempleo. Estas condiciones, unidas a su vulnerabilidad ante desastres naturales, aumentan el riesgo climático debido a la falta de conocimientos, herramientas, habilidades y servicios que permitan construir resiliencia en la población. Además, el agotamiento de los recursos naturales ha incrementado la erosión y pérdida de fertilidad del suelo, la deforestación y la frecuencia de deslizamientos y sedimentación en los ríos. El uso de prácticas agrícolas no sostenibles, como la tala y quema, el abandono de tierras y el uso de insumos químicos en la producción agropecuaria, está perjudicando la biodiversidad y la sostenibilidad de los ecosistemas. Este proyecto, financiado por el Fondo de Adaptación, es una iniciativa transfronteriza en la cuenca del Goascorán, ubicada entre el este de El Salvador y el suroeste de Honduras. La cuenca, situada en el Corredor Seco Centroamericano, es una de las zonas de menor desarrollo rural en ambos países. En respuesta a estos desafíos, el proyecto busca desarrollar una intervención coordinada binacional que incorpore medidas de adaptación transformadoras, mejorando la capacidad de resiliencia y los medios de vida en ambos lados de la cuenca.
Descripción de Responsabilidades:
Bajo la supervisión del Asesor Técnico Nacional y la Administradora Binacional del Proyecto, el/la Asistente Nacional de Administración, Adquisiciones y Soporte Financiero será responsable de apoyar la gestión administrativa, financiera y de adquisiciones del proyecto. Esto incluye la ejecución de tareas específicas en gestión presupuestaria, control financiero, logística y compras, asegurando que todas las actividades cumplan con las normativas y políticas establecidas para el proyecto.
