RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES (lista indicativa y no exhaustiva):
Apoyar la preparación de propuestas de movilización de recursos desde una perspectiva comunicacional, asegurando contenido atractivo y alineado con los intereses de los donantes. Crear contenidos digitales con diseño y mensajes innovadores que se adapten a los diversos objetivos de las operaciones de WFP y perfiles de los donantes y garantizando el branding. Preparar presentaciones en distintos formatos digitales con fines de visibilidad, abogacía y gestión de recursos (Sway, Canva, Power Point, entre otros). Producir materiales gráficos (broshures, trípticos, volantes, banners verticales, topes de vista, carpetas, libretas, stickers, posters, entre otros) y otros (bolsos, utensilios de cocina y comedor, buzones, lapiceros, termos, etc) coordinando su contenido con las diferentes Unidades de WFP, así como su diseño y reproducción con proveedores del servicio de impresión garantizando el branding WFP, DE donantes y socios estratégicos. Cubrir los eventos públicos e internos de WFP, tomando fotografías e imágenes en video para documentación y producción de contenidos.
Redactar y procesar información para informes, notas informativas, discursos, contenido para material gráfico, entre otros.
Atender las consultas de público externo, coordinando con la Gerencia para asegurar respuestas oportunas y coherentes armoniosas con la línea institucional y con calidad comunicativa.
Participar en Comité de Organización de Eventos para las actividades de movilización de recursos, mostrar resultados, visitas de donantes, así como otros comités relativos al trabajo de WFP.
Realizar el monitoreo de los medios de comunicación. Integrarse al Grupo Interagencial de Comunicaciones y Abogacía (GICA) y desarrollar conjuntamente las estrategias que sean aprobadas.
OTROS REQUISITOS DEL PUESTO
Responder consultas y solicitudes de apoyo y servicios de unidades de WFP, socios estratégicos y donantes, entre otros. Apoyar los procesos operativos y/o administrativos tanto de Comunicaciones como de Alianzas y Gestión de Proyectos. Desarrollar bases de datos y registros internos para que información precisa esté bien organizada, sea accesible y pueda ser utilizada en materiales de comunicación para diversas audiencias. Orientar a los equipos de campo sobre buenas prácticas de recopilación de contenido sobre las intervenciones financiadas con recursos de los donantes.
EXPERIENCIA DESEABLE PARA DESEMPEÑAR ESTA FUNCIÓN:
CUALIFICACIONES ACADÉMICAS ESTÁNDAR MÍNIMAS:
Formación: Graduado/a en Comunicación Social, Periodismo, Mercadeo, Relaciones Internacionales y/o carreras afines.
Idiomas: Dominio de los idiomas español e inglés.
