University level qualification in a related discipline, or an equivalent education combined with an appropriate amount of relevant, professional experience. Experience as a senior project manager for large office redevelopment projects on behalf of the end user, preferably in an international organisation or a national public administration (civil or military). Experience managing project teams and employees in the context of a major infrastructure project. Experience managing budgets for projects exceeding 20MEUR, preparing budget proposals, monitoring project costs and preparing cost-benefit evaluations Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes. Good understanding of the procurement process including negotiation with third parties. Good knowledge of programme and project management methods. Ability to developing clear programme and project related documentation for senior management or decision-making bodies. NATO's two official languages are English and French. Both languages are important in the work of this post, therefore fluency in both languages is essential. WHAT DO WE OFFER?

Basic monthly salary: EUR 10 872.71, tax free. This position is required for a limited time (currently until 31.12.2026) and the incumbent of this post will be offered a definite duration contract. HOW TO APPLY?
