About this position:
The Office of the Special Advisor on Gender and Diversity is responsible for enhancing coordination and fostering synergies within the IDB Group and with external partners on Gender and Diversity in order to achieve greater impact. The Office also advises the President of the Bank on the respective Action Plans, development impact of IDB Group financed activities and related corporate affairs. The selected candidate will support the Special Advisor on Gender and Diversity and its team.
