Organize various workshops/events for NRC staff and external visitors.
Maintain records of expenses, invoices, and receipts for financial reporting and payments, including verifying invoices, preparing payment requests, obtaining necessary approvals, and coordinating with the finance department for timely and accurate payments.
Coordinate with the translation company for various translation requests. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of translation services.
Responsible for organizing travel arrangements for staff, including booking bus, train, and accommodation (hotel or Guest House).
Responsible for small procurements if necessary.
Assist the HR/Administration Coordinator with preparing visa letters when necessary.
Receive documentation and facilitate signing processes with the management if needed
Accurately input data into relevant systems and internal filling tree and follow up on the tracker.
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Support team members with administrative tasks if needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and good computer skills.
Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a non-profit or international organization context minimum of 1-2 years.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills in both English and Ukrainian

Familiarity with office equipment and basic office management practices.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
