Position: Training and Administrative Technician

Duration: 6 months\u2019 renewable                                                

Location: Ibadan

DUTIES:

 

Support the internship program by preparing appointment, extension and completion letters for graduate Interns. Assist in uploading graduate interns and training data to the CapDev database. Assist in preparing graduate interns\u2019 monthly stipends on Dynamics\u00ae. Assist in managing logistic arrangements for meetings, workshops and official travels. Assist in preparing travel authorization requests, cash advance, travel advances, work orders and retirement of expense claims. Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, training programs, and other related activities. Assist in raising internal memorandum, purchase requisition, process invoices and payments. Liaise with finance to ensure timely payment of invoices and payment requests Assist in the day-to-day administrative processes of the Unit. Perform any other job-related duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

QUALIFICATION:                        

National Diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration or related field with a minimum of two (2) years\u2019 experience performing similar role in a well-structured environment.

COMPETENCIES:

The ideal candidate must:

\u00b7         Be computer literate and be familiar with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

\u00b7         Be familiar with the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365

\u00b7         Have the ability to learn fast and work under pressure to meet deadlines

\u00b7         Have the ability to interact, communicate effectively and work as a team with people of diverse backgrounds and views.
