Complete secondary school or equivalent education. Experience in the administration of contracts in Real Life Support and project management, normally acquired as a Junior Technician after five to seven years in the Agency or in a similar organisation. Knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) standards and policies. Proficiency in technical writing and the use of technical data. Good knowledge of the Agency’s enterprise software (SAP) system with experience in using MS Office, particularly Excel. Willingness to be trained and ability to learn on-going processes and methods developed by the Programme Office and the Agency. Good communication skills and a sense of diplomacy when dealing with persons inside and outside the Agency at all levels and of different nationalities. Interest in maintaining personal proficiency and skills and keeping current on technological advances. Ability to formulate recommendations and suggestions within the functional area.. POST DETAILS
Basic monthly salary: EUR 5 921.61, tax free. This post is deployable. The incumbent of this post may be required to deploy or may be assigned to a remote location, to perform duties (inside or outside a theatre/deployment location) in support of Council approved operations/missions or in support of national or multinational operations/missions authorised by the Agency Supervisory Board of NSPO. This position is required for a limited time and the incumbent of this post will be offered a definite duration contract.
