In this part time (0.6 FTE) permanent position (ideally, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9am to 5pm), you’ll provide clinical and operational support to our Specialist Counselling staff, to support them to deliver quality client services. With a flexible role that includes working from home, you’ll work collaboratively with other 1800RESPECT Team Leaders. You’ll be based in either Melbourne or Adelaide, and will report to the Senior Manager Family and Domestic Violence.

You will make a difference by:

Providing support and leadership to our Specialist Counselling team Supporting the wider 1800RESPECT leadership teams to ensure we are delivering high quality and contractually compliant services

Bringing your best every day, means:

A tertiary degree (of minimum 3 years duration) in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or relevant field 4+ years minimum trauma specialist counselling experience (preferably telephone counselling) or full-time equivalent experience in specialised sexual assault, domestic and family violence counselling Professional membership of any of the following governing bodies – ACA (minimum level 3), PACFA (Clinical membership), AASW or AHPRA Demonstrated experience building high performing teams Ability to work in a fast paced & high demand work environment, including working within agreed timeline parameters and to KPIs
