You’ll support and guide hiring managers as part of our fast-paced, high volume, leader-led recruitment model and deliver quality advice and coaching tailored to their situation.

With a critical member of our team taking some time out to grow their family, we have a 12-month, part-time (0.8 FTE preferred) contract for a dedicated Talent Acquisition professional to drive and deliver recruitment across our 54 reasons division. Reporting to our People Operations Manager, you’ll work within an established talent acquisition strategy to coordinate recruitment processes, acting as a trusted advisor within the People and Culture team and to your stakeholders.
You will make an impact by:
Coaching Hiring Managers through the recruitment process for our work across Australia, and working closely with them to understand key objectives and challenges of their vacancies Ensuring recruitment strategies are tailored to the specific needs and challenges of 54 reasons, including regional and remote recruitment Efficiently utilising our Applicant Tracking System, and contributing to continuous improvement of this platform and other elements of our stack Responding to demand for increased support from Talent Acquisition, occasionally providing end-to-end recruitment when needed (e.g. for bulk recruitment projects for new tenders)
