Processing requisitions and taking the applicable supply actions in order to meet the requirements in a timely and cost effective manner. Preparing and controlling workflow and status of Sales Orders (SOs), Purchase Requests (PRs) and deliveries. Tracking and reporting price verification in order to ensure timely placement of customer requirements on contract. Assisting in initiating call-off for Outline Agreements (OAs) and stand-alone Purchase Orders (POs). Creating Transportation Sales Orders (TSOs) and liaising with the Transportation and Warehousing Division (LS) concerning any problems related to material movements. Preparing correspondence, presentations, reports, database queries and statistics as required using modern office automation equipment and software. Executing other related tasks as required in peacetime and any other appropriate tasks assigned in times of crisis or war. In the event of crisis or war the incumbent will, subject to the agreement of their national authorities, remain in the service of the Agency. Ensuring the timely execution of transportation activities. Initiating deliveries to Country Liaison Officers (CLOs) and to customers as required.
