Your Role
As a Strategy Officer in the Office of the Chief People Officer, you will play a critical role in advancing the team’s strategic priorities and ensuring the division operates with clarity, alignment, and impact.
Reporting to the Deputy Director, Strategy, Planning and Management (DDSPM) and working in close partnership with the Director SPM/Chief of Staff (DSPM/CoS), you will bridge strategy incubation and leadership advising to ensure the Chief People Officer’s (CPO) time, engagements, and voice are aligned to enterprise priorities and drive meaningful impact.
This role requires sound judgment, strong analytical and communications skills, and the capability to lead all aspects of complex, cross-functional workstreams with discretion. You will manage and support strategy projects, lead the development of key deliverables for the CPO, and ensure travel and communications are strategically connected to the division’s rhythm of business.

The salary range for this role is $140,200 to $210,200 USD. We recognize high-wage market differences in Seattle and Washington D.C., where our offices are located. The range for this role in these locations is $152,800 to $229,200 USD. As a mission-driven organization, we strive to balance competitive pay with our mission. New hires salaries are typically between the range minimum and the salary range midpoint. Actual placement in the range will depend on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, and expertise, as evaluated during the interview process.
