A place to make a difference:

In this full-time, permanent* role, you’ll work as a part of our Technology team in Melbourne or Brisbane to help us create lasting change for children everywhere. The Service Desk Analyst plays an important role in delivering on our vision of a better world for children. Whether talking one of our retail volunteers through a Point-of-Sale issue, facilitating a seamless onboarding experience for our new team members, or assisting staff on-site tech issues at one of our kindergartens, you’ll be contributing to our commitment to children in Australia, the Pacific and around the world.

You will make a difference by:

Managing, recording, resolving and closing incidents and service requests in line with agreed SLAs, Triaging tickets appropriately across all Technology departments, Managing tickets end-to-end through their lifecycle and ensuring all ticket management processes are adhered to, Providing on-site support for end user devices such as laptops, mobile phones, printers, and other peripheral devices including meeting-room communications equipment, and Assist the Technology Leadership Team in identifying process improvement opportunities across the Service Desk activities.

This role requires:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Ability to work in a flexible environment Previous experience in service desk support or other IT technical roles Relevant IT qualification (desirable)
