Organizational Setting and Reporting Relationship
The position of Senior Treasury Assistant is assigned to the Treasury Services Division within the Treasury Department. You will be based at our Headquarters in Manila, Philippines.
You will report to the designated International Staff and Officer.
Your Role
As a Senior Treasury Assistant, you will be responsible for the confirmation and settlement of ADB's foreign exchange (FX) and investment transactions, performs related cash control functions, and provides analytical support for the investment back-office functions.

Under the guidance of a senior staff, independently contribute to the work unit by completing assigned tasks, covering a combination of the following functions:
You will need:
Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or other relevant fields. At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in treasury functions and international banking systems. Sound knowledge of international payment systems, foreign currencies, international financial instruments, money market and foreign exchange transactions settlements, related transaction processes, international baking practices and capital markets. Good understanding of relevant treasury policies, procedures, and guidelines. Proficient in ADB and similar multilateral development banks' standard software programs and information technologies. Good analytical and conceptual skills. Solid numerical ability. Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English language. Ability to work collaboratively as a constructive team member.
