World Wildlife Fund (WWF), one of the world’s leading conservation organizations, seeks a Senior Director, Data and Artificial Intelligence.
Major Function
The Senior Director of Data and AI is responsible for an enterprise program comprising operational, conservation, and spatial data. This individual will lead the strategy, governance, technical implementation and support, as well as adoption and change management initiatives. They will collaborate with stakeholders on data, analytics, AI, and content management initiatives to deliver innovative and secure solutions that align with our organizational values and objectives. This portfolio primarily utilizes primarily Microsoft technologies (Azure Data and AI Services, 365, Power Platform) to drive digital transformation.
Salary: The expected compensation range for this position is $171,100 - $245,900.

Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction and oversee technical implementation of enterprise data, analytics, AI, and content management programs.Supervise a team responsible for Azure data architecture and engineering and Power BI analytics to inform evidenced-based decision-making.Lead a team integrating ethical, responsible and sustainable Azure AI services to automate processes, improve operations, and increase efficiencies.Utilize Purview to govern, manage, and protect organizational data.Manage a team designing robust 365 collaboration solutions that facilitate secure and seamless access to critical information.Identify opportunities to leverage Power Platform for optimization and efficiency gains.Foster a culture of continuous learning and development; increase adoption of new technologies; and facilitate change managementStay abreast of the latest advancements in technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.Lead, manage and mentor technical resources.Perform other duties as assigned.Key Competencies
